why is rotf lockdown so expensive

I was planning on making a custom aoe lockdown using rotf lockdown. But when I looked for him online he was 50-65 dollars on eBay and amazon one was even going for 100 hundred . I was expecting him to be 30 dollars but he's double the price. Why does he cost so much. I think I might have to scratch build myself a lockdown cause this guy is expensive.
